It is the exact same Plate Carrier vest.
I purchased two of them at the time of purchase.
The only difference is the one I have left for sale is missing the Utility Pouch, and this vest was used in one game. The one I just sold had never been fielded.
All mag pouches are still with the vest along with pistol mag pouches, Admin Pouch, and tall radio pouch.
Condition is still like Brand New.
