C'mon Dom, go alpha! It'll be just like old times!

Also, I can confirm that IronFox will be there. I'm just not sure how many... Either way, I'm emphasizing on everyone's preparedness to make sure we're ready for the long haul.

I really hope we get a good turnout. The first two had a perfect amount, the third... eh, not so much.

I will be there as long as nothing comes up. Probably running Bravo.
You name a game, I've been to it.

If I've banned you, then you have more than likely deserved it.

If I deleted a post it didn't need to be there or I simply didn't like it.

Dom hasn't even said he is running Alpha.

I'm probably not going, depending on College life. And I'm probably playing Bravo, but I nominate Cleric as CO of Alpha forces.

Alright, because no one else seems to be super enthusiastic about it, I will throw my hat in the ring for a CO position. HOWEVER, it would just be downright unfair of me to be on the command staff of yet another victorious Alpha faction. Therefore, I will step up as Bravo CO if Garrett has not already filled the position.

Very well then.

Those of you who have bestowed upon me the honor of leading you into battle before, I ask you, join me once more in the field! March to ultimate victory under a new banner, a tan/brownish banner; and though we last triumphed 'neath other colors, let us join forces once more to vanquish our adversaries in lengthy combat!

We will shatter their will with our persistence;
we will dampen their flames with our resolve;
we will ruin their designs with our polystyrene;
onward my Bravo comrades, onward to claim our laurels!

ACU is a balancer, as with all balancers it will be distributed by the Game Host at the briefing based on, well, balance. Since similar questions will likely arise in this thread, I'll go ahead and give you the long answer as well:
Dominum wrote:Rule #8:  Games have two teams: Alpha and Bravo, the teams are divided by the dominant color of their outfit:

Alpha is predominantly green uniforms such as: M81 BDU's, Woodland MarPat, Flecktarn ,etc.

Bravo is predominantly tan uniforms such as: Desert MarPat, MultiCam, DCUs, DBDUs, etc.

Balance colors will go to whichever side needs numbers: Black BDUs, Private Military Contractor, ACU, Urban Digi, civilian, etc., though they are usually considered Bravo.

A Game Director will balance factions depending on circumstances prior to game start.

Rule #9:  Your gear's predominant color must match your outfit's predominant color UNLESS you have headgear of some form and sleeves that go at least to your elbows that are the same as your outfits predominant color . If you do not meet these requirements and your gear has a different predominant color than your outfit, you will be required to strip your gear. Weapon colors and paintjobs have no bearing on faction affiliation.

If you choose to wear headgear, it must match the predominant color of your uniform and/or you factions color schemes. This means that you may not wear green headgear with a tan uniform, and vice versa. If your headgear is a balancer camo (ACU for example), you may only wear it if ACU has been assigned to your faction, i.e. if ACU has been assigned to Alpha as a balancer at a particular game, than someone on Bravo may not wear ACU headgear. Additionally, red/orange headgear or any headgear easily mistaken for a deadrag may not be worn except as an actual deadrag.

I plan to sleep exactly four hours (our standard shift) at this OP24, exactly like I did at the last 3 OP24s...

Yes, but rest assured, while I sleep comfortably in my heated rape van, my men will carry on the fight! No rest for the weary, no sleep for my men! They will fight on, until they collapse from exhaustion upon the swelling mound of slaughtered foes in the faint light of the dawning sun!
