Resistance Fighter Weapon

Okay, I've considered RPKs, M11s, AKs, AUGs, G3s, XM177s, M16s and everything in between for a weapon to complete my resistance loadout. I can't figure it out, so what do you guys think? (Please feel free to suggest something i didn't list)

Yep. I've been going over this for months and decided to get help. My Mom doesn't let me buy guns often, so I put a lot of consideration into it(usually).

Hatch, thanks for the advice, but I think that more modern AKs or NATO weps would work out better. THat's why I was considering the M11, it seems a likely candidate for the Government to drop to resistance because it's cheap. The only problem is that I've heard that gas ones have "problems" and I just can't spend $300 on the Marui AEP.

I'm leaning towards the AK series. Most radicals and "resistance fighters" can get their hands on those much easier than an American service rifle.

Yes, I keep kinda going back to that. I just don't wanna be too "Red Dawn", even though it IS my favorite movie.

EDIT: Stealth, you have to stop posting at the exact moment I do. Also, I will find and kill you if I learn that you eat babies. It's just not cool.

I bought my 2 year old sister a littel toy M60 yesterday. With her psychotic tendencies, skill with weapons and overall destructive nature, she should graduate to real steel in a few weeks. Watch out.

Sorry, I'm not allowed to die yet, there's a few other people already in line with that claim, as well as one who I gave the right to, provided that certain conditions are met first. Also, I try to avoid fighting girls, they're usually just too soft and fragile.
