...of Smitty's cool hat. It seems that everyone else who commands regularly has a special command hat. Though I have borrowed some cool ones (Thanks Trig), I have yet to buy one. Yes, this is not a very important thread, and yes this is vain and largely pointless. However, like everyone else that plays it, part of the reason for airsoft (whether or not you want to admit it) is to play dress up!

So, I am unabashedly admitting my vanity, and jealousy towards other commanders but only insofar as is needed to garner your opinions and findings for my own hat of said awesomeness. So, post your legit suggestions below, and share your opinion. BS will be deleted.

In my opinion don't wear a beret unless you are going to properly shave and shape it. Also get a crest to cover the blue patch. I would go with a straw cowboy hat personally... I have a clone trooper helmet at the house you could use.

Ditto to what Jon said. There is nothing quite as retarded and ignorant looking as a fuzzy beret pulled down to your ears like a stocking cap.

Straw cowboy hat, tricorn, or beret. Better yet, all three!
