Depends how you want to structure you team.
You have a fire team--4 men.
1 saw/support gunner
1 grenadier
2 rifle man
A squad consists of 2 to 3 fire teams.
You also have a sniper and spotter teams.
The Army is starting to run 6 man sniper teams. Check with 82d on the breakdown.
There is also the DMR role. Designated Marksman Rifleman. This can be used as one of the fire team rifleman.
Here is a link of some fire team/squad tactics

Bullet sponges stick close to command and take one for the team.  Cannon fodder runs out and charges across open ground and takes all the indirect and direct fire they can so the real team flanks around from the blind side and takes all the credit.

The medic rules are different for different games, but it usually involves the medic putting a hand on someone shot, counting down a number of seconds, and bringing that person back into play(aka healing them).  Other rules makes the medic ask where the person was hit, and if it was in the head or chest they are "dead".  They will have to bleedout, and walk back to respawn.  The rules really vary, and depends on the person hosting the game.

Our medic is responsible for being ready to lay his hands on any fallen team mate.  Sometimes though he is required to not help because it is the other player's destiny to bleed out.  Especially if they are a bullet sponge or cannon fodder.  We do not want them to be shot in vain.

No offense, but if you're trying to start a team and "get noticed", it wouldn't hurt for you to familiarize yourself with the rules. We use the same basic rules at every sizable game in the state.
