As another argument, several NC teams generously stepped across the line to even the odds at the first BOTC... I mean, if you guys only want 15 targets thats cool, but don't brag when ya beat us.

I'm sure the teams will be balanced by Robin, but are you really expecting that small of a turnout? I suppose it could be attributed to the Vietnam game the next day.
