I've been hearing rumors about the Izmash (read: Saiga) AK74M AEG for a while now. Looks like it will be released soon, with a few other guns to follow.

My guess is that these will probably be built from the same parts that are getting exported to the states as Saiga sporterized AKs. Given that Izmash MAKES Saiga rifles, it would be kind of odd for them to change their methods and materials when they're already tooled up to stamp/machine AK74 parts as it is. I would expect these to be on par with RealSword Type 56s, but with the more practical AK74 stock profile instead of the goofy AK47 stock.

So this is a real spec AK made in Russia? Sounds legit but expensive.
