The item is a Marpat chest rig with plate pouch.

I want $30 for it or best offer.

Description is as fallows:
The brand is unknown, it has never been used, there are no rips tears or damage in general. Five total pouches, six including the plate pouch, three triple AEG mag pouches, and two larger misc. gear pouches, and one Radio pouch so that makes seven. One strap that goes around the lower part of the back, and two straps that go over the shoulders cross in the back.
