JAG Precision's formal response to being shut down at SHOT

For those who are following JAG Precision bork up at shot show, they finally email us a formal response to being shut down at SHOT show.

So buy those VFC SCAR's real quick as they probably will not see the market again.

Dear JAG Precision Dealer, First and foremost we would like to apologize to all the JAG Precision dealers that we were not able to see at the SHOT Show 2012. As you may have heard there was a lawsuit and restraining order filed against JAG Precision. Although there were no products on display that were mentioned in the lawsuit in our booth, the NSSF and SHOT Show directors were led to believe there was, therefore closing our booth down for the remainder of the show.
The lawsuit that has been filed names specifically the Echo1 ASC models (JP-29, JP-50, JP-44, and JP-45) Vega Force MK16 and MK17. We are requesting that if you have any inventory new in the box, purchased from JAG Precision, that you seize all sales on these items and return them to us. Please let us know the quantity of items that you will be returning and we will be issuing credit to your account, once the items are received at our facility.
We also would like to take this opportunity to assure the dealers that we have this situation being handled by our legal counsel.
