anybody know/have any good Vietnam loadouts that would go good with my new Thompson.

just get od camo with basic webbing and a ww2 style helmet at the local army surplus store because that was what most of them wore.

Yeah no.
Theres a LOT more to it than that. It depends on what branch of service, rank, position, etc.
Since this guys my brother, I'm not gonna list everything right now.
