A&K SR-16 w/ 8.4v 1600 mah battery

So my new A&K SR-16 is coming with a VB 9.6v 1600mah battery. I have another battery I bought back then and its a VB 8.4v 1600mah. Will the gun still perform well if I use the 8.4v? I plan to use it as a back up battery.

Technically any battery that makes it run is a good backup battery. Itll shoot less but yes its good

yay no need to spend more money on batteries =]
