Alright so I've been doing some research and with me being new to the Airsoft community and everything, I'm looking for a good airsoft rifle (Not cheap but not expense either) I'm not sure which would be better to use AEG, Gas or Spring and all that so I could really use some tips on which rifles to use and where I might beable to get them? Thanks!

AEG is what you want to go for your first gun. Try and narrow down some gun styles that you like so that we can give you advice within that range, but brands to look at and consider would be : JG, Cyma, G&G, and Echo 1. Those all make, or in the case of Echo 1 rebrand good AEG's for beginners. The classifieds on various Airsoft Forums would be a good place for a used gun, or if you want new you could go to evike.com, airsoftgi.com, and airsoftatlanta.

My personal suggestion would be the G&G CM M4, but thats cause I absolutely love mine.

I agree with buttontk, the G&G Combat Machine M4 is a very solid beginners gun. Love mine. Even with half the internals worn it still fired like a champ. The body is plastic, but its a higher grade plastic than most, very lightweight and solid. Also the OEM hopup unit is high quality, and a single piece. Most beginner guns they are two piece, and single is far better.

I wholeheartedly agree with Dominum on this suggestion. I have used one before and I own another VFC product and am extremely pleased with the quality and sturdy feel of their products. Also, you just can't beat being lipo ready out of the box.

Be a man, get a PTW.
But seriously I would suggest a VFC M4 or a G&P M16

I would suggest you buy my G&G M4 in the for sale thread. ;) In all seriousness, it just depends on how much you have to spend. You definitely want an AEG, the rest just depends on your price range.

Gambler is right. You can often find a used AEG in our FS section for much less than a new one, that way you can get a quality AEG for the price of a crappy one.
