It was a fun competition. If you watch part 3, the LE/SWAT scenario, you can see my team ( WAR ) in it. I'm wearing the ghillie providing overwatch. It was the first one of these my team placed lower than third.

I'm trying to work on putting something together like this. Right now it's a matter of coming up with a good script for it. In Oregon these comps are pretty serious and there have been quite a few so, I don't want to just rip off someone else's idea. Once it gets a little closer to being done I'll post up info.

I would love to act in one Mac, but there really aren't enough guys with good loadouts around here. Plenty of decent kits around, but very few up the caliber of those in the video.

It's not about the gear, it about how you play. The first CQC Comp my team went to, most of us were wearing LBV's from the local surplus store. Some of the teams back there have some real Gucci equipment. It didn't help how they did. If anything most of them did worse. They spent to much time playing with their toys instead of taking care of the mission.

Thanks for the offers gentleman. It'll probably be late summer/early fall before this happens. I'll post a separate thread when it's down to the final planning.

That's a good point Mack. It's definately mainly about the play, but the gear makes the whole "Wow Factor!" a little bit greater. I dont think that anybody should necesarily be excluded because of lack of gear but the more realisitic it is, the cooler people find it. So I agree with all

Yeah MCG, I always have loads of stuff I use, and without the right gear I end up fighting and fumbling to get at it.. my dream is the perfect vest type set up.. still trying different things, ill get it one day..
